The Original Valet Dive Shop

From one boat in 1996 to the East End's most-decorated dive operation.

On Valentine's Day 1996, Stephen Broadbelt, Maurice 'Mo' Fitzgerald, and Troy Burke started Ocean Frontiers with a single dive boat and a simple goal — introduce divers to the wonders of an East End coastline that, at the time, almost nobody was diving.

They invented what would become known as "valet" style diving — set-up, rinse, and storage all handled, so divers could focus on what they came for. Thirty years on, the dive boats are bigger and the team is wider, but the same idea runs the place: small personal groups, the same coastline we know better than anyone, and a service style aimed at one diver at a time.

Compass Point Dive Resort

Our dive shop sits directly on the dock of our sister property.

Compass Point Dive Resort is a quiet, low-rise condo resort built around its own private marina — and our dive shop is right on that marina. Walk out of your condo, across the dock, onto the boat. No buses, no taxis, no early-morning logistics. The whole formula is in the name: roll out of bed and onto the dive boat.
