Ocean Frontiers operates three different kinds of vessels, each perfectly picked for their purpose and providing the comfort and safety standards you expect.  From our flagship dive-limos, or our floating classroom pontoon boat or our pelican style snorkel vessel - all offering ample shade and amenities. 


Gun Bay Diver, Sparrowhawk Diver, Half Moon Diver - "The Limousines of Dive Boats"

Scuba diving on the East End is the frontier of Cayman diving and we certainly offer a very comfortable “frontier” with our fleet of Limo-Style luxury dive boats.  They’re specifically designed for diving the East End waters.

  • 46-foot x 16-foot Integrity Class Newton Custom Dive Boat
  • Designed and constructed in the U.S.A.
  • 2 x 405-hp turbo diesel engines (Cummins)
  • Shallow draft of 42” 
  • Top speed of 28 mph, cruising speed 18-20 mph
  • Capacity rating 24 divers but Ocean Frontiers limits to 15 maximum
  • Tonnage = 17000 lbs with a fuel capacity of 400 US Gallons
  • Fresh water dual shower system with 150 gallon capacity
  • Dual 12 volt electrical system, VHF radio, GPS, navigation and deck lights
  • Non-skid deck in all areas
  • Ice Chest and Water Cooler
  • Fresh towels always on board

Top-Cat - "Your Floating Classroom"

Top-Cat was specifically designed for cruising the shallow coral reefs inside the protected East End lagoon. Top-Cat is perfect for conducting training dives, resort courses and snorkel trips.

  • 28-foot x 10-foot pontoon Catanaran GRP design
  • Shade over all seated areas and 80% of all deck areas
  • Ladder designed for divers and snorkelers to make it easy to get back out of the water
  • Tank racks and bench seats for 8+ divers
  • Non-skid deck in all areas
  • Ice Chest and Water Cooler
  • Fresh towels always on board
  • Dry storage compartment for phones and valuables
  • 2 x 90hp Honda VTEC Ultra-Low Emission gasoline outboard motors
  • Dual 12 volt electrical system, VHF Radio, navigation lights
  • Draft = 30” with a top speed of 25 mph
  • Capacity rating 12 divers but Ocean Frontiers limits to max 8 divers or 10 snorkelers
  • Dry weight = 7000 lbs with a fuel capacity of 60 gl.

Pelican Panga - "Dedicated Snorkel Boat"

The Pelican was specifically designed for visiting Stingray City, Stingray Sandbar and the coral reefs within the North Sound and Rum Point area.

  • Ladder designed for snorkelers to make it easy to get back out of the water
  • Bench seats with room underneath to store mask fins and snorkel

  • Draft = 24” with a top speed of 25 mph
  • Capacity rating 18 but Ocean Frontiers limits to max 14 snorkelers
  • Dry weight = 5000 lbs with a fuel capacity of 60 gallons
