Special Offers and Rates: All special offers and rates are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.

Minimum night stay: We have a minimum stay requirement of (3 nights) with the exception of reservations made within 14 days of arrival, where shorter stays may be possible, subject to availability. Please note that we reserve the right to require longer minimum stays from time to time for peak weeks.

Occupancy Limits: The maximum occupancy limits for each room type are as follows:

• Two bedroom condo – 6 persons
• One Bedroom condo – 4 persons

Housekeeping service: In order to avoid unnecessary disruption to our guests we offer a limited maid service which compromises of bed making, wiping counter tops, light sweep and emptying trash. Except on Sunday when no service is provided. If you would prefer to receive full daily housekeeping this can be arranged for an extra charge.

Payment Policy: 50% deposit required on all accommodation packages at the time of reservation, and full payment due 45 days prior to arrival or at the time of reservation for reservations within 45 days of arrival.

For Diving only packages, full payment is required at booking and diving Packages are non transferable for any unused portion or cancelled dives when on island. Packages are only available for advanced reservations and are not available to be booked when on island.

For Alacarte diving, a deposit of $100 is required per diver in order to hold space. The balance can be settled on check out.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund. No refund for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival. Change of dates for stay will be allowed at no charge, other than any difference in applicable rate between original reservation and new dates.

Taxes: All package rates include 10% tourism tax. Room only rates do not include the 10% tourism accommodation tax. There is no tax added to the diving rates.
